Shipping Policy

At Selene Luxe, every piece is custom-made just for you. Unlike traditional stores, we do not keep a stock of pre-made items. Once you place an order, our master manufacturers begin the printing and stitching process specifically for your garment.

Processing Times:
Because your item is created on demand, the processing time (printing and tailoring) takes 3–5 business days before the item is shipped.

Estimated Shipping Times:
• United Kingdom & Europe: 7–12 business days.
• UAE & Gulf Region: 8–14 business days.
Note: We currently do not ship to the USA due to temporary fulfillment restrictions.

Tracking:
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the factory.

Customs and Import Taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
